The RCC74 Scholarship Foundation is a private, non-profit fund whose primary mission is to assist disadvantaged young children in Angeles City, Philippines to obtain high school education at Republic Central Colleges (RCC).  We, the RCC High School Alumni Batch 1974, strongly believe that education can empower these disadvantaged children to improve their economic circumstances, quality of life, personal achievement, and to encourage community service as an integral part of leadership development.  We will begin with limited focus and funding resources through generous contributions from our members and through fundraisers in order to broaden our funding base.
